OPERATIONS JOB VACANCY
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Operations Officer to oversee operations at our Client’s Office.
Duties, Responsibilities & Performance Standards
Daily Duties
- Communicate with the Camp Managers.
- Communicate with Suppliers.
- Proven working experience as an administrator (essential).
- Have good administration background and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Be highly reliable and organized.
- Be great with people over the phone.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Work together with other staff and management in a smooth, safe, and harmonious manner.
- Document organizational or operational procedures.
- Managing movement of staff according to company policy.
- Preparing staff permits.
General Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism.
- Previous experience in working with NCAA and TANAPA permit system will be highly valued.
- Education in Hospitality industry is preferable.
- English speaking.
- Leadership skills, guest-oriented, strong communication skills.
- Team-orientation, loyalty, and excellent leadership skills.
- Flexibility, commitment, dedication, and reliability.
- Good manners and a positive attitude.
- A hospitable and service-oriented attitude.
